OG Fortnite is Back!

Long standing players of Fortnite are now able to play the original map in all its nostalgia. No build mode is also available for those who don’t want to deal with that part of the game. This change isn’t permanent though, as this is more like an event than something like WOW Classic that restarted as its own release. It does seem that this release has served to boost Fortnite’s popularity, but we will have to wait and see if this is a long-term boost in the fanbase. Definitely check it out if you never got to play the original map!

MW3 Release and Issues

Coming off the hot press, many content creators have been expressing their disapproval with some of the negative aspects of the new Modern Warfare 3 game, especially the campaign. Apparently containing barely 4 hours of gameplay, with much of that being cutscenes and pseudo battle royale gameplay. Players have been very unhappy with this coming off of the much more fleshed out MW2 campaign, and Sledgehammer have recently released that MW3 was only given half the development time as normal COD games by higher ups. This certainly puts a hamper on future COD projects and I hope they listen to fans and give more development time and funding to release finished games.

After years of anticipation, the long-awaited promise of a new Grand Theft Auto has arrived. In a recent announcement, Rockstar Games took the opportunity to commemorate its 25th anniversary for this December, and in doing so, dropped an exciting message for the gaming community. Sam Houser, co-founder of Rockstar Games, stated, "We are very excited to let you know that in early December, we will release the first trailer for the next Grand Theft Auto." While this statement doesn't necessarily imply an imminent release, it does offer a glimpse into the current stage of development. When do yall think the new GTA will officially release?
