The 2023 Nintendo Direct debut brought us even more excitement for this year's game releases. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom got a gameplay showcase to close out the presentation and it looks insane. Set to release on May 12th, Tears of the Kingdom will also include a collector’s edition alongside the standard edition. Metroid Prime Remastered is set to release physical copies on Feb 22nd and Pikmin 4 set to release July 21. You can check out the rest of the Nintendo Direct games and announcements here.

Hearthstone New Naxx Mini-Set Coming February 14

After the new Death Knight class was launched, Hearthstone has seen quite a meta shake-up, favoring lots of new aggro and control archetypes. Naxxramas Returns will offer 38 new cards, including 3 new Death Knight specific cards and the return of the colossal keyword. Sneak peaks of all the cards will most likely be coming very soon, so keep an eye out! All the new cards will be viewable on Hearthstone’s website here.

Hearthstone Mercenaries Ending Development

Even with the new set coming out soon. It isn’t all good news or Blizzard’s Hearthstone development teams. The Mercenaries mode will be officially ending any further updates and the development team will be dissolved/reassigned. This comes as no surprise to many, due to the lackluster gameplay and extreme pay-to-win models riddled throughout the mode. Check out RegisKillbin’s video to see more about the community’s expectations for the future.
