Diablo Immortal: Reviews Are in and They Don't Look Good

Every Diablo fan can remember the intense grilling that Activision Blizzard received at Blizzcon 2018 during the initial announcement. After Diablo Immortal was released on PC on June 2nd, many content creators and news outlets denounced the game as excessively monetized. DreamHack IEM Standings and Upcoming LCS Event

DreamHack Dallas 2022, a gaming community convention, ran from June 3rd to June 5th this past week. One of the main events of this convention was the Intel Extreme Masters Counter Strike: Global Offense (CS:GO) international tournament. Beating out ENCE in a tough, but exciting matchup, Cloud 9 prevails and obtains first place, heading home with a cash prize of $250,000. Click here to learn more about IEM at DreamHack Dallas. The League of Legends LCS Summer split is upon us. Coming up on June 17th, former LCS Spring split champs, Evil Geniuses, will face off against Cloud 9, starting the summer season with this competitive matchup. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Official Trailer (Watch Here)

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 official trailer was released, and PCGamer has the scoop (Linked Here). It appears that this will be a reboot containing an altered timeline, meaning previously dead characters like Soap and Price will be making a return. Pre Purchase is now available but will be set at the price of $69.99. Benefits will accompany the increased cost, such as battle pass tier skips and open beta early access. The increase in price is definitely a negative change for the future, and fans will have to decide if it is really worth it.



Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle Released

The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle upgrade was just released this past Wednesday, June 8th for $39.99. Included in the Collector’s Edition for $59.99 is the base game and the following chapters: Blackwood, Greymoor, Elsweyr, Summerset, Morrowind, and the newest chapter, High Isle. With mostly positive reviews on Steam so far, the fan base seems to be pleased with this new addition.

With the Steam release and Tenosian update coming to Chivalry 2 this weekend on June 12th, take a look at our current Chivalry 2 Beta review here if you were thinking about getting into it. It brings a huge amount of fun to the medieval hack and slash genre, and we are sure it will be even better at its full release.
