Last Oasis Shifts to PvE After Player Base Dwindles

For those who forgot all about this desert-spanning MMO, the early access became available about 2 years ago and still hasn’t been fully released. Unfortunately, the hype has dwindled over time and the developers realized what they had created wasn’t living up to their audience’s expectations. With season 5 coming out, the developers decided to alter their game plan for Last Oasis and shift to PvE with optional PvP. This is a large change for a game primarily about player combat. With big changes, who knows, maybe we will see a huge resurgence in Last Oasis fans? Learn more about what all this means in this new PCGamer article here.

Grounded 1.0 Launch Date September 27th

A promising title in the open-world survival genre, Grounded will test your skills as you try to survive as shrunken kids against the sinister creatures dwelling beneath your lawn grass. Arachnophobes may want to keep their distance, but this title may just be too good to pass up. I get serious Forest vibes from Grounded, which is definitely a good sign. Overwatch 2 Beta Testing at an End?

Although a disappointment for many Overwatch fans, the good news is the developer's focus will be directly on launching the full game. After 2 public beta tests and lots of feedback, John Spector tweeted. “ We know players are eager to dive in and have seen questions about the possibility of a third public Beta. While we will continue testing OW2 daily internally, we are not planning any additional public beta tests.” On the downside, pulling back a third beta can bring the state of the game into question. From now until October, I'm sure big changes will be updated to the game and the transition from the 2nd beta to full release might be a weird overhaul. Will Overwatch 2 live up to its potential on its full release or will the coming changes bring it down? Visit PCGamer.com for more information on the OW2 update.

One of our personal favorite survival games that we grew up with was Fable. For those who don't know, Fable is a fantasy classic where you travel throughout the world of Albion. Each decision you make shapes your hero for the path of darkness or the path of light. Although the anniversary edition isn't as good as the OG Fable, the remastered version is a nice blast from the past that will bring Fable fans some enjoyment. Check it out here on the Steam Store, it’s currently 70% off.
