This week we got some spicy news for you. From GTA VI’s gameplay being leaked by hackers to the new Modern Warfare II Beta patch notes. If you haven’t heard yet, Rockstar studios recently acknowledged that the leaked videos that dropped on the GTA forums on September 18th were indeed hacked and showed pre-release GTA VI footage from early development. Data mining and criminal hacking have been causing havoc with development studios for years now, and even a AAA company like Rockstar isn’t immune to hackers releasing sensitive storylines and coding. It will be difficult to find the footage yourself, as Rockstar has been quick to request platforms to remove the videos. However, many aspects of the game have already been seen and analyzed by the community. Which means content creators and articles should have all the spoilers if you really want to see what GTA VI is going to be like. IGN has more on the incident here if you want to know more.

This grim, horde-based shooter had its main release set for November 30th of this year. For anyone who wants to get their hands on it early, Fatshark Studios have announced an early beta coming October 14th and lasting until October 16th. Three full days of shooting, slashing, and blasting through the horrors of Warhammer 40k’s imperial planet of Tertium. For those of you that have taken advantage of the early access beta, you may have noticed some minor things that need a touch up. So far, we’ve seen a bit of a different take on the game and its mechanics. The gun recoil is different but makes the combat feel more intense and challenging. Perks are now earned as you select a kit and progress throughout the game. The dolphin diving is smooth yet the slide feature, not so much. Good news is, developers have released an outline of updates that include some fairly nice improvements and additions. A new high-chaos mode, Invasion, pits two teams of 20 players and 20 AI combatants against one another including the use of air vehicles and larger maps. In addition, we also see a third-person Moshpit and a 32v32 Ground War Mode making a comeback into the queue. We like what we see so far and the new additions and patch updates are headed in the right direction. If you're interested in learning more about the new updates and what's next, click here.
